Lymphatic Drainage Massage

We all lead busy lives and sometimes don’t look after our body as well as we should. As a result we can become sluggish, feel tired, put on weight, and our skin may start to look unhealthy.Lymphatic Dranage Massage uses very light pressure which is designed to decongest and enhance your body’s flow of lymphatic fluid. It cleanses, relaxes, and energises your lymphatic system.

The use of pure essential oils with this massage magnifies the results.

What does a Lymphatic System do?

The lymphatic system includes your bone marrow, spleen, thymus, lymph nodes, and a network of this tubes that carry lymph and white blood cells. These tubes branch, like blood vessels, into all the tissues of the body.

It helps maintain a healthy balance in the body but its two main purposes are to return much needed protein to your blood and to remove fluid and waste from your body.

As a practitioner who cares about you and your health, it is important to have a FREE 15 minute consultation prior to any treament to ensure you are fully informed about the procedure and to ensure it is right for you.

How long does it take?

If your health is OK and you want a full body treatment it takes about 2 hours - 1/2 hour consultation and 1 1/2 hour massage. If you require treatment for one area only for example in the case of oedema or lymphoedema, the time will be shorter.
